This does not include any overage fees, domain name registration fees, web design services or terms of service violations.

Our help desk is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our average response time to trouble tickets submitted through the help desk is around 15 minutes. V Morgan Technologies have extremely knowledgeable level 3 technicians and are willing to help you in any way possible.

All trouble tickets submitted are guaranteed to receive a response from a technician within 30 minutes of submission. If you do not receive a response within 30 minutes, we will issue a 10% credit to the client's account to be used with future billing, with the credit being calculated on the basis of the monthly service charge. If the client opted for the quarterly, 6 month, or yearly payment plan, the credit will be based on the equivalent monthly recurring charge.
