Terms Of Service (TOS)

Everyone who uses V Morgan Technologies services must agree to the terms below:

• Service Rates and Plan Offerings: The member acknowledges that the nature of the service furnished and the initial rates and charges have been communicated to the member. Member is aware that VMorgantech.com may prospectively change the specified rates and charges from time to time. VMorgan Technologies.com may also lower and raise, and or exclude certain features in each service plan. The promotional offer is contingent upon VMorgan Technologies.com achieving and maintaining its cost of service goals including but not limited to rates charged to company by its suppliers.
• Every account comes with a 30-day money back guarantee. Setup fees and other money paid to third parties are non-refundable. You must notify us of your willingness to cancel your membership within the first 30days of the activation of the account. Afterwards, no refunds are available. Only Web Hosting Plans are refundable. If you purchased a Domain Name or SSL certificate through VMorgan Technologies, then those items are owned by you and will not be refunded through VMorgan Technologies.
• All account are automatically renewed until termination is requested from the client.
• Our services CANNOT and Will NOT be used for illegal purposes. That includes, but is not limited to: storage or transmission of information, data or files that violate the United States Federal, State or City law. Such information/data include but is not limited to:
• pirated software (illegal duplication, distribution of licensed software)
• copyrighted data and links to sites that provide such software/data.
• Warez Sites (Cracks to licensed software for example)
• harassment, fraud, trafficking in obscene material, drug dealing, and other illegal activities.
• Illegal audio/video (illegal mp3, illegal recorded samples)
• Violations of system or network security are prohibited, and may result in criminal and civil liability. Examples include, but are not limited to the following:
• Unauthorized access, use, probe, or scan of a systems security or authentication measures, data or traffic.
• Interference with service to any user, host or network including, without limitation, mail bombing, flooding, deliberate attempts to overload a system and broadcast attacks, forging of any TCP-IP packet header or any part of the header information in an email or a newsgroup posting.
• Sending unsolicited mail messages, including, without limitation, commercial advertising and informational announcements, is explicitly prohibited. A user shall not use another site's mail server to relay mail without the express permission of the site.
• It is contrary to VMorgan Technologies policy for customers to use our servers to effect or participate in any of the following activities:
• To post to any Usenet or other newsgroup, forum, e-mail mailing list or other similar group or list articles which are off-topic according to the charter or other owner-published FAQ or description of the group or list;
• To send unsolicited mass e-mailings, if such unsolicited e-mailings provoke complaints from the recipients;
• To engage in any of the foregoing activities using the service of another provider, but channeling such activities through a VMorgan Technologies provided server, or using a VMorgan Technologies provided server as a mail drop for responses;
• To falsify user information provided to VMorgan Technologies or to other users of the service in connection with use of a VMorgan Technologies service.
• We react quickly and seriously to violations, and we further reserve the right to terminate the network services, with no refund, of any customer willfully disregarding this policy.
• None of the servers may be the source, intermediary, or destination address involved in the transmission of Spam, flames or mail bombs. Your domain may not be referenced as originator, intermediary, or reply-to address in any of the above. We consider Spam to be any unsolicited commercial or unsolicited bulk email in the mediums of Newsgroups, Fax, and Email. If you are found to have spammed, then we reserve the right to immediately, without warning, disable your domain. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service to known Spammers. Furthermore, we reserve the right to determine what violates this policy.
• It is a violation for anyone to post information or to include programs on our servers that consume server system resources and slow down the server in turn. Any party that slows our servers down, can and will be notified. VMorgan Technologies reserves the right to terminate any running software processes that are overloading a server, or slowing it down heavily. IRC, IRC bots TelNet and IRC servers are prohibited on all server.
• Each domain has its own cgi-bin directory. You are free to install and use whatever scripts you wish, but we reserve the right to disable any CGI script that might effect the normal server operation.
• Any ATTEMPT to undermine or cause ANY harm to a server is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at our sole discretion.
• Any violation of these guidelines will result in immediate deactivation of services without refund. To report abuses, please contact admin@vmorgantech.com

Refund Policy

Everyone who uses VMorgan Technologies services must agree to the policies below:

• We will only refund all plans within the first 30 days of initial payment.
• VMorgan Technologies does not issue service credits for any outages incurred through service disablement resulting from Policy violations. In the event the customer has agreed to an annual contract in exchange for a discount of setup fees or ongoing fees, no refund will be offered if cancelled prior to the end of the contract date.
• Any other services that were purchased other than web hosting is not part of the 30 day money back guarantee and will not be included in the refund(i.e. - SSL certificates, copyright protection, domain name fees, additional add-ons including but not limited to extra bandwidth, dedicated IP's, Geotrust products, ChainedSSL products).

Denial of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
